ISACA Includes One In Tech in their CommunITy Day
The second annual ISACA CommunITy Day on 3 October 2020 provides a great collaborative opportunity for ISACA members and chapters to connect with One In Tech. CommunITy Day in 2020 is designed to galvanize the power of the committed ISACA community to give back to their favorite causes, including the opportunity to support One In Tech. Chapters can demonstrate their commitment to giving back by promoting their efforts through their own websites and on One In Tech Chapter Heroes! Here are a few of the ISACA chapters supporting the OIT Mission during ISACA CommunITy Day:
The St. Louis Chapter CommunITy Day plan is a great example of showing commitment to investing in the future of the cyber industry. They will be encouraging their members to donate US$25 in support of One In Tech. The chapter will be matching that donation for its first 100 members. Together the St. Louis Chapter will be contributing to the Foundation’s goal of raising US$100,000 this November.
The Kentuckiana Chapter stepped forward in response to the St. Louis Chapter’s own challenge asking other ISACA chapters to join them in CommunITy Day support for OIT. They are giving back during ISACA’s CommunITy Day as well by asking their members to consider a donation to support One In Tech. This chapter’s Board will provide a match donation as well.
These engaged chapters are demonstrating their commitment to a healthy future in the cyber security and other technology fields by contributing to the Foundation’s Chapter Challenge goal of raising US$100,000 this November.
We are excited to show what One In Tech and ISACA Chapters can do together! Learn more about ISACA CommunITy Day by visiting engage.isaca.org/communityday/about.
